and life of Padmasambhava Rinpoche has mentioned we will be having a grand Tsok on this day.
In the 8th century, Guru Rinpoche spread Buddhism across the mighty Himalayas. He is regarded as the second Buddha and his birthday is celebrated as Tenda Tsechu. He was born on the 10th day of 5th Buddhist (Lunar) month and it is considered as a very holy day. We will be performing the Short Throma Sadhana all are welcome, please bring your practice items and text if you have one.

Tashi Delek, This coming July 27 is Chokhor Duchen is the ‘Festival of Turning the Wheel of Dharma’ — one of the four major Buddhist holidays. It occurs on the fourth day of the sixth Tibetan lunar month. For seven weeks after his enlightenment, Buddha did not teach. Finally, encouraged by Indra and Brahma, he turned the Wheel of Dharma for the first time, at Sarnath, by teaching the ‘Four Noble Truths’.
On this Holy day (July 27), the actions our karma multiplies 10,000,000 times this is very helpful for practice by cultivating merit to help others and to purify hindering obstacles on the path. The Fire Puja is being performed by our precious Guru Venerable Rangrig Rinpoche.
The address for the event is 17 Cobblehill road in Acton Ontario, L7J1P1 start time is 11 am, Venerable Rangrig Rinpoche is also constructing a stupa at his location.
Those Who cannot attend have the option of donating to this auspicious event or donations can be given to help others that are ill, All donations will go towards offerings for Jinsek and also as all offering of gratitude to Venerable Rangrig Rinpoche.
